We require a physical address for delivery. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS, though delivery times may vary.

Issues with Delivery
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier immediately to file a claim. Claims must be filed within 15 days of the delivery date. For missing items or other concerns, email us at support@handpickedpal.com with your order number.
Complaints and Returns
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to file a complaint. Please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. If the error is confirmed, return the entire order at your own expense for a full refund or replacement. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days after the order is returned.
