Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address provided that your item hasn’t shipped yet. Keep in mind that if your order has already shipped, you won’t be able to change the address and you need to cancel the order and then place it again for the correct address.

We offer worldwide shipping, and the cost varies depending on the destination. For specific rates, please check our shipping policy or the amount displayed at checkout.

We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Depending on your location, we'll ship from the nearest warehouse. You can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 15 days.

If any damages or manufacturing defects are reported within 10 days of delivery, we will make it right. Kindly take photos of it including the packaging and description. Please contact us at cardfan24@outlook.com with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at cardfan24@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

To initiate a return, please email us at cardfan24@outlook.com. Your merchandise will be inspected and the appropriate refunds will be issued. Exchanges are treated the same as returns. Return shipping charges may apply.

Our return policy allows you to return your order within 30 days. Return charges will be applicable, except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.
